1 What is your turnaround time for designs?
All designs, whether digitised or vector artworks are turned around in 24 hours. Large back digitised designs may take longer.
2 How much do you charge for designs ?

3 How do I place an order?
Simply email your artwork to design@superstitch.ie and we will send the completed design directly back to you.
4 How do I request a quote?
Simply email your artwork to design@superstitch.ie and we will send the free quotation back to you.
5 What formats of artwork can you accept?
For both digitised & vector artwork designs we can accept the following:
Illustrator .AI .EPS | Photoshop .PSD | JPEG Bitmap .JPG .JPEG | Windows Bitmap .BMP CompuServe .GIF |TIFF Bitmap .TIF | Corel Draw .CDR | Others .ZIP .PPT .TIFF .DOC
6 What format of designs can you send back?
For digitised designs: DST, EMB, ISI, PES, PXF, Toyota 10o (Please contact us for other formats available.) For vector artwork designs: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, EPS, (Please contact us for other formats available.)
7 What methods of payment do you accept?
BACS or Bank Transfer, Paypal or debit/credit card over the phone. Please contact us at accounts@superstitch.ie for more details.
8 Can you issue me with an invoice ?
Yes we issue all invoices on a weekly basis and payment must be sent upon receipt of invoice. Please contact us at accounts@superstitch.ie for more details.
